Most of the homes we sell sit along the Lekki–Epe Expressway. The neighbourhoods are close on a map, but they suit different buyers. Here is how we explain them to clients.
Lekki Phase 1
The most established address on the axis, with mature estates, restaurants and offices close by. Prices are at the top of the market. Our current listings here run from apartments at around ₦190M to fully detached homes above ₦1B. Buyers choose it for location and resale value.
Ikate
Just past Lekki Phase 1, Ikate has seen a lot of new construction, from luxury apartment blocks on Spar Road to fully detached duplexes. It gives you newer buildings and good access to Lekki Phase 1 and Victoria Island, usually at a lower price per square metre.
Chevron
Chevron is known for gated family estates such as Daffodil. The pace is quieter than Lekki Phase 1, and you get more space for your money. Our Chevron homes are mostly 5-bedroom duplexes, from semi-detached to fully detached with a pool.
Ikota
Further along the expressway, Ikota Villa Estate and Ikota GRA offer larger plots and newer smart homes. It suits families who want space and modern finishing and are happy to trade a little commute time for it.
How to decide
- Start with your daily route. Traffic on the expressway matters more than a few kilometres on the map.
- Visit at the times you would actually travel, morning and evening.
- Check the estate: security, road network, drainage and how service charges are managed.
- Compare the title documents, not only the price.
